Finding Home in the Texas Coastal Bend and How Our Journey Will Shape Online Healing Sessions

A New Chapter: Rooting into the Coastal Bend and Staying Connected

Moving isn’t just about a new zip code, it’s about stepping into a version of life that feels more aligned, more like you. For my family and me, leaving the DFW area and relocating to the Texas Coastal Bend has been equal parts thrilling, emotional, and healing. After years of dreaming, we’ve finally made our way back to the place that truly feels like home.

We’ve landed in a peaceful seaside community that lets us live the way we long for- intentionally, connected to the earth and the rhythms of nature. And while we may of traded our views of cattle roaming the pastures of North East Texas to the coastal waters of South Texas, I want you to know this: I’m still here, still offering online sessions, and still deeply committed to your healing journey, no matter where you are.

Sunset

Why the Texas Coastal Bend?

This part of Texas has always called to my heart. Having access to the bays in a moment’s time, walking the shoreline at sunrise or sunset, and being barefoot as often as I can… well, that’s honestly my dream life. And my dear friend, life is just too damn short not to live the life we want, if we’re able to.

After nearly a decade of longing to return, our dream has become reality. We’re back to growing our own food, tending to our animals, and embracing a simpler, slower pace. Nature is at the center of so much of what we value, and now, we get to live that every day.

Still Seeing Clients—Online, with Intention

I want to gently reassure you - whether you're a long-time client or thinking of working with me for the first time, that online sessions are still available and just as powerful as ever.

If you’ve never done a virtual session, I know it can feel unfamiliar. Maybe even awkward at first. But trust me when I say this: once we settle in, the connection is real. I’ve met with clients sitting in their cars, on their bedroom floors, in their offices after hours. Healing doesn’t need to look one particular way, it just needs to feel safe and honest. Give it a try.

One of my clients who moved to Costa Rica shared how grateful she was to continue our work online. She said it allowed her to stay grounded and connected, even while building a new life far away. If you’re craving support, presence, and space to grow - you don’t have to wait. I’m here.

Viewing The Beach

The Healing Sisterhood: Reimagined and Rooted

As this new season unfolds, I’m dreaming about what it could look like to reawaken - The Healing Sisterhood - a space where women gather to be seen, heard, and supported (This was a community I previously cultivated in the Denton area for in person meet ups).

This community has always been about real connection, and that doesn’t have to stop because of geography. Whether online or in-person, I’m envisioning circles, sacred spaces, and soul-led retreats. I’ve already started dreaming up a weekend coastal retreat focused on mindfulness, rest, and connection - and I hope you’ll join me when the time is right.

Looking Ahead with Open Hands

While we work on making our new house a true home, I’ll continue offering online sessions regularly and will keep you in the loop as I begin exploring in-person options here in the Coastal Bend.

For now, I want you to know:

✨ You are still supported.

✨ You are still welcome.

✨ You are still invited to show up just as you are.

Whether you're a returning client or someone feeling curious about starting therapy or coaching for the first time, you are warmly welcomed here. Let’s connect. Let’s breathe. Let’s root into whatever this next chapter looks like, together.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Your support means the world, and I can’t wait to meet with you soon - whether on a screen or, someday, by the sea.

With deep gratitude,

Meg
