Do you offer virtual sessions online?

Yes, absolutely! I do offer virtual sessions to accommodate individuals who may be at a distance or unable to visit our physical office. Even through our virtual platform, I strive to create a safe and calming environment, mirroring the experience of an in-person visit. This means that regardless of your location, you can conveniently schedule RCT sessions with me and enjoy the same advantages. It's a wonderful opportunity for you to explore your true self and unleash your full potential, regardless of your geographical location.

What are the Benefits of Root Cause Therapy?

Should I use alternative medicine?

That is ultimately up to you. Know that alternative medicine offers a holistic approach that complements conventional treatments. It considers the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, focusing on individualized care. Many people find relief from various ailments and enhance their overall well-being through alternative therapies. It's essential to consult with healthcare professionals to explore a personalized and integrated approach that suits your specific needs. Embracing alternative medicine can lead to a more comprehensive and balanced approach to health and healing.

How many sessions will I need?

Let's approach this healing journey with a compassionate understanding that change takes time. In the world of Root Cause Therapy (RCT), many start feeling better around the second full session. Yet, to truly dive into transformation, it's suggested to commit to weekly or biweekly sessions for a few months.
If you're ready to embrace healing and create lasting shifts, consider dedicating this time to yourself. RCT practitioners often recommend around 8-12 sessions over time for the most impact. The goal isn't to keep you in sessions indefinitely but to guide you through a process that brings about profound changes, helping you nurture and reshape your thoughts and behaviors.
Remember, this isn't about rushing; it's about honoring your own journey. After the initial sessions, occasional follow-ups can be scheduled as needed. It's all about crafting a healing path that resonates with your soul and allows for genuine, long-lasting transformation.

How long should I have between sessions?

It really varies person to person. When having your first two sessions they are okay to have near each other. There after you should look to have at least a week in between sessions. You must really listen to your body.

Can children have a session?

 I see clients starting at the age of 16 and up. 

How do I get started?

With online booking for Myself and my fellow practitioners at Beyond the Veil it’s easy to schedule a consult, to discuss treatment and alternative healing methods, in order to find the most suitable treatment that best suits you.

What can I expect after a session?

This again is so varied. There is no one answer, and even if I were to list every single persons post session experience yours could still be different. We are all so unique and we have lived such different lives from others, how our bodies process energy will only unfold once we are at that point.

Some common effects can be;

Feeling light headed and or disorientated
Feeling energized and or feeling tired
Emotional Releases; such as crying, laughter, anger etc.
Changes in breath
Detoxification such as nausea, changes in bowel movements, headaches
Greater awareness of your body and being
Regions of ease and or discomfort

The body can continue to release over the following day, or even longer. This entirely depends on your bodies ability to process what ever came up during and after the session.

Do you accept health insurance?

Beyond the Veil accepts HCA or FSA cards with or without the chip. Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not accept alternative medicine for claims. You are more than welcome to file on your own or contact your insurance company for more information.

Why are your sessions 1 hour and other RCT practitioners are 2 hours?

Discovering that 2-hour sessions could be overwhelming for clients in our deep healing work, especially when delving into potentially traumatic events, prompted me to make adjustments. Now, I offer more manageable one-hour sessions. In our initial meeting, we connect and discuss your goals, what changes you seek, and areas where relief is desired. The intake process involves building rapport, exploring muscle testing for limiting beliefs, and collaboratively selecting which aspects to focus on in our subsequent sessions. This tailored approach ensures a comfortable pace, fostering a supportive environment as we embark on this transformative journey together.
